Companies and people I've worked with:
I am a person with a camera. I love making videos, editing them and spending time pointing my lens at people. I rarely point the lens at myself but I'll let you know when that happens.
I know I'm not perfect and I've got so much more to learn, but that's the whole point of it. We'll never be perfect. There is always more when it comes to creativity. All we have to do is try as hard as we can and make do with what we've got.
I am very new to video making and try to finance all my equipment myself so many of my early videos were shot only on a single GoPro while travelling New Zealand (see video) It is a romantic story of a guy without a camera making his way through life and evolving into a guy with a camera, still struggling.
Although making videos is my passion, I do take a couple of photos from time to time. I'm using my phone a lot partially for the challenge it is to take nice photos with a device that small. Usually there is no fixing in post because for me there is a big difference between making and taking a photo.
You'll know when I actually make one.
I know they say equipment doesn't matter when it comes to videos, and I partially agree, but have you tried making scrambled eggs on an old pan? It sticks to the bottom and burns and never tastes as good as the eggs made on a brand new quality material pan (I'll make a video about that to prove - equipment actually matters a bit). What I'm trying to tell you here is that I'm soon getting a new camera again. Making videos is a constant cycle. You earn your money and buy a camera, earn more money and buy a better camera. And as the time passes, you keep spending more and more and never make any money whatsover, asking yourself : Where the hell does the money go??
Long story long, this website is a collection of what I've created over the years. I'll try to fill it more and more so one day I can turn around and say: Yup, I tried.
Every good video has a story. And this will be a great one.
